We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing fintech company in Palm Beach Gardens. This role focuses on selling B2B merchant services to new customers and supporting revenue generation efforts across the organization. This is 100% on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, and close inbound/outbound leads
• Execute outreach to targeted B2B prospects in industries needing global payment solutions
• Partner with marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and events
• Attend trade shows to generate leads and represent our services
• Keep CRM records updated with leads, pipeline, and activity
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
• Merchant services, payments, or tech sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
